I write about identity, inclusion, trauma, and parenting.

I’ve been a working writer for a decade but have only recently begun sharing my personal work. By day (and night), I’m a freelance writer for B2B tech brands and by (later) night, I’m working on essays exploring memory and perception and a book about the heredity of mental illness.

I'm a mom of young twins, passionate about inclusion and disability rights, and love exploring creativity in all its forms. I live with my husband, kids, and cheeky Doberman in the suburbs of Vancouver, BC, Canada on the traditional territories of the Katzie, Kwantlen, Matsqui and Semiahmoo First Nations.
